Requirements
- Will need to have an Us2.ai account
- Machine
- Firewall
- Outbound
- Port 443 (Us2.ai cloud
https://api.us2.ai)
- Also need to enable regional URLs i.e.
https://us-east-1.api.us2.ai for US
- Enable traffic to
<bucket>.s3.amazonaws.com and <bucket>.s3.<region>.amazonaws.com
- Region: bucket as per below
- On-site PACS
- Inbound
- Port 11112 (from On-site PACS and/or Echo machines)
Setup

Log into the provided https://app.us2.ai/ account

Setup API Key
-
Click username top right
-
Click Settings

Find the API Key tab
-
Hit Create New Key

Type in name for the API Key, i.e. Dicom Router

Copy and save the API Key displayed on screen

Adjust settings on DICOM Router tab as desired

- Once settings has been updated, hit
Save
- Once saved the router will automatically load the new configuration, so shouldn’t need to restart the service

Download router installer from https://app.us2.ai/cloud-assets/echoloader-installer.exe
- Note you need to be signed into the application to use this link
- If you get a 400 error, simply access https://app.us2.ai/ and try again

Run the installer
- Due to the installer not being signed, a warning might be shown
- Accept license agreement
- Setup with Us2.ai account
- Select folder where the DICOM Router should be installed
- The Router should now be installed and running as a service [

- for Linux use this command
Sending images to US2.AI Cloud
Sending Us2.ai results back to PACS
- Need to get IP, port and AET of the PACS
- Go to settings > Workflow Integration > DICOM Router > Sync
- Expand the sync tab
- Fill in details of PACS
