US2.AI On Premises Installation

Introduction

The US2.AI on premises software application is used to process DICOM images from multiple echo scanners within the local hospital network, automatically generating measurements and report text, which can then be forwarded to the PACS, reporting system or EMR. Patient data never leaves the site, nor is accessible outside of the network (unless specifically requested and data sharing is enabled by an administrator).

The application software and web server can be installed on:

• a hard server supplied by US2.AI (typically an Intel NUC)
• a hard server supplied by local IT
• an IT managed virtual machine with a dedicated GPU

Multiple echo scanners and multiple clients (clinical users accessing via browser) can connect concurrently to a single instance.

Requirements

US2.AI software can be installed on a hard server or on virtual machine on the users network and must be reachable by all echo scanners that will send data.

Server

Minimum specification:

• OS (to be installed & managed by local IT)
  • Ubuntu 18+ (preferred for performance)
  • Debian 10+
  • CentOS 7+
  • Amazon Linux 2
  • Windows 10 Pro / Windows Server 2022 or higher
• 64GB RAM, 16 Core CPU, 32 Threads (or greater)
• 12GB or greater physical GPU (suggest RTX 4080 Ti or better), with relevant drivers installed by local IT to ensure compatibility with hardware and OS
